advocacy / transparency surface

Disclose.

Funding

This work is funded by the time and effort of Chris Perkins. No external funding has been received. No grants, no donations, no enterprise revenue currently underwrites /advocacy.

If funding situations change in the future, this page will be updated within 30 days, with funder names and amounts disclosed. The 30-day SLA is the discipline; transparency is not optional.

Authorship

Every intervention page lists primary author and contributors. Phase 1 primary author across all six K-12 interventions and all 15 templates: Chris Perkins. Contributors will be added as they earn standing through correction submissions, partnered drafting, or co-authored revisions.

Corrections are welcome through /advocacy/contribute. Public response SLA: 14 days for substantive corrections, 30 days for elaborations.

Comments

No comments section. Astroturf vector closed by design. Public submissions go through the structured queue at /advocacy/contribute. The structure is the substrate; uncurated comments are not.

Commercial position (named, not hidden)

The framework's commercial application (KTP, /enterprise) and the public advocacy work (/advocacy) reinforce each other in both directions: a credible public framework makes the commercial product more legible; a commercially-deployed framework accumulates real-world evidence that strengthens the advocacy case. These incentives are named here so they can be evaluated. Separation is not claimed; transparency is.

Vocabulary note — The "control plane" language used in /enterprise (AI governance architecture) is a commercial-context term. /advocacy uses "substrate vocabulary and measurement architecture" — the framework that enforcement bodies can use. The sections use different vocabularies for different purposes; the distinction is intentional.
