Submissions are routed through structured channels. No comments section by design. The structure is the substrate.
You can contribute through the six routes below. Include sources and the change you propose so the submission can be reviewed. Review depends on scope, evidence, and available capacity; no response deadline is currently committed.
A bill, resolution, ordinance, or district policy that maps to one or more interventions. Include jurisdiction, document number, status, date, and an authoritative source. If claiming a KTP contribution, document who contributed and what they did. Prior policy and KTP-associated activity are recorded separately.
Factual error, misattribution, broken citation, or substantively misleading framing. Submit with the page URL, the specific text, the corrected text, and the primary-source basis for the correction.
An organization or named individual with public position on substrate questions. Submit with public-position evidence, track record, and contact for verification. Tier (Aligned / Aligned-on-this-campaign / Watchlist) determined after review.
A new intervention proposal in K-12 or in an adjacent domain (healthcare, broadband, election infrastructure, etc.). Submit with the public-card 5-field draft and the deep-page narrative skeleton. Include the evidence needed to assess feasibility and likely effects.
A new template for the 15-template library, or a variant of an existing template tuned to a specific jurisdiction or context. Submit with length cap, audience, structure outline, and named failure mode.
A proposed revision to an intervention or domain. Identify the gap, affected readers, supporting evidence, and the text you would change. The disclosure page describes the proposed amendment process and records published decisions.
Submission goes through email with a structured subject line. The structured subject is the primary triage signal:

Include the required fields listed above, a primary source where possible, and the change you propose. This gives a reviewer enough context to assess the submission.
The contribution route is available, but a submission does not guarantee a response, publication, or a date for review. The scoreboard remains a snapshot dated 2026-05-07; a new submission does not by itself update its evidence.
