what the program is asking for

Collaborate.

Reviewer recruitment runs in parallel with submission prep, not after. The program is opening this surface ahead of the work it asks for, on the premise that the right collaborators show up when you address them early and clearly.

domain readers
Reviewers (3-5)
Commons governance, signed-network theory, percolation, institutional repair. The role is to read Paper 1 v0.7 against the strongest version of the literature and tell the program where it has gotten that literature wrong. Time commitment: a single careful pass before submission.
the recoding gate
External coders (2+)
Paper 3 (Trust Force Equation) is gated on inter-rater reliability for a written coding manual applied to 49 cases. The role is to apply the manual independently and disagree with the author when warranted. Compensated. Reliability is reported in the manuscript regardless of result.
the empirical pathway
Longitudinal data partner
Stage 6 (DP9 empirical study) needs one bounded domain with longitudinal interaction data — acequia community records, OSS contribution histories, Wikipedia subcommunity logs, small-scale fisheries records, mutual-aid network data. The role is shared authorship on an empirical paper that will report whatever the data show.
replication
Independent simulation replicators
Paper 1's simulations ship with a code/data DOI. The role is to reproduce the figures end to end from the archive, surface anything that does not run, and report results — including null findings — back to the program. This is a one-week role; a paragraph of acknowledgment is the form of credit.
how to reach the program

For any of the roles above, or for adjacent work not listed here, write a short email naming the role and what you would bring. The program responds within a week.
